Need to have an automated way to test workbench functionality and user interaciton. Hopefuly Mylyn already has a good template/approach for this.

Since code is actually evolving outside of Mylyn for now I think, contrary to my comment#2, that it's reasonable to close these bugs if it helps track the project more easily :).
