Description Justin Spadea CLA 2011-07-12 11:28:28 EDT
This will affect the builder, model, and UI. You can have multiple source folders but they always go to "eglbin". We should let them go to separate output directories like in JDT.

Justin, we don't allow user to specify multiple EGL Source folders in EGL Build Path.

It seems to be multiple EGLSource and EGLBin is a future enhancement. I don't see our 0.7 scenarios depending on this feature. How do you think?
Comment 2 Matt Heitz CLA 2011-08-22 08:30:43 EDT
I agree. This doesn't seem like a requirement for the current release.
Comment 3 Justin Spadea CLA 2011-08-22 08:47:38 EDT
While the functionality is missing from the EGL Build Path property page, you can add a new source folder via File > New > Other > Source Folder. This is not something we should spend time on for 0.7.0, just something that's been mentioned several times during early EDT work so a bug was opened to keep track of it.

Thanks Justin for the background. I'll set the target to Future.

One more thing worth mentioning, so that it's not forgotten about: the EGLAR export wizard will need to be able to handle multiple bin directories.
