The KDM transformation fails on org.eclipse.ui.ide after 30 minutes with the following error:

org.eclipse.m2m.atl.engine.vm.VMException: Feature type does not exist on java!SingleVariableAccess

I'm really sorry, but to guaranty maintainability of MoDisco (and EMF Facet) we
have to focus this year on the move to EMF Facet. That's why I cannot plan this
bug for Juno (of course if someone provides the fix we will commit it).

This kind of bug will come back on the top just after the move to EMF Facet.

Hello.
I've got the same error with MoDisco 0.9.2, 0.11 and 0.12. In fact, I've tried to generate KDM representations using each of these MoDisco distributions with Indigo, Juno and Kepler, but a similar error appeared each time for some analyzed projects. Is there a way to fix this manually?
