Build Identifier: Eclipse 3.2,Birt Runtime 2.2.2 and Birt Designer 2.1.3 , WAS 6.1.0.33

Unable to view the reports from the sample index.jsp present in Birt Runtime 2.2.2
Once i click the report link present in the Birt 2.2.2 Runtime index.jsp two things happens alternatively.
1. Sometimes i am getting page not found error (The server is also getting crashed )
2. Most of the times the page keeps loading and core.DMP file gets generated in my App Server Profile (WAS 6.1.0.33) and server gets crashed.

I have attached the console with this .
Also , i am seeing the below message in console 
ExtensionRegi E   CWXRS0004E: Failed to resolve plug-in (Searched for this Error on Forums found it is General BIRT error that may occur sometimes , It can be ignored )
I have put in all the details required kindly , Help to resolve at the earliest.

Steps to Reproduce:
Following are the Version info and products used.

RAD Version - 7.0.0.8
WAS Version - 6.1.0.33
Birt Plugin / Designer - 2.1.3
Birt Runtime - 2.2.2
Eclipse - 3.2
** When running the same runtime in a different system it works fine. Even after installing the above components completely i am facing the issue.
1.Installed the above components with the specified versions
2.Downloded and imported the birt runtime 2.2.2 birt.war
3. Changed the Deployment descriptor properties of classloader mode to PARENT_LAST and WAR classLoader Policy as APPLICATION
4. Added the Birt.EAR to the server
5. Tried to run the index.jsp
6. On clicking the Report Link page gets hanged and core.dmp file is formed under profiles.

it did happen on birt runtime 222, but not with latest build of 371.

I am currently using Websphere 6.1. BIRT versions higher  than 2.2.2 has OSGI compatibility issue with the Websphere OSGI .
