Deploying the rwt jstests on our demo server would make it easier to test the client in other environments, it would also allow others to run the tests on their browser.

Removed the dependency to the extension registry. The jstest bundle now accesses the resources directly from the rwt bundle. The includes list is read from from the ClientResources class. There's no need to maintain the includes list in Javascript anymore.
