Plugin with dark theme

As in http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/217465/ from Ralf suggested, here is my dark theme definition.

Please note, that in this theme definition uses text-shadows as commited here: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=351726

In addition: the target CSS file is created with help from LESSCSS (http://lesscss.org/) and Ant.

Today, "noir" is new silver/blue on web applications and desktop environments:) Self google is monochrome now.

1) Did you author 100% of the code?

2) Were you intending for this to be licensed under EPL?

yes, I'm the author of (less.css-file and css-file) code, of some (xxx_phirea.png) icons, of less-engine-ant-task (and build.xml).

Did you commit your code to some SCM like guthub? I changed your code to work with less.js version 1.3. If you like I could contribute my changes.

unfortunately I have no public repository with this theme. If you like, so attach a patch file with your changes here, maybe someone from RAP-Team can commit it to the main repo.
