In some case, we need to create and edit project files : 
	- the plugin.xml
	- the manifest
	- the .project
	- ...

	We should create a specific plugin which regroups editors to create and edit all these files

Added a method to the PluginProjectEditor to give a free access to the Document.

This will allow users to implement advanced operations on the plugin.xml file.

Done in r5804
