I have noticed that the help button in export and new wizard dialogs from eclispe are not accessible via tabs. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
In the package explorer, launch the export wiard from the content menu. 
The help button is not accesible via tab buttons. 

From File -> New menu, launch the new wiard dialog.
The help button is not accessible via tab buttons.
