The XDCtools product need to be split into ISA specific bundles to address the download size problems. The split bundles will be integrated in CCS5.10.

Implemented in XDCtools 3.22.02.24_eng build. The product is now split in the following bundles

Linux base bundle: xdctools_3_22_02_24_eng_base_linux.zip
Windows base bundle: xdctools_3_22_02_24_eng_base_windows.zip
Arm bundle : xdctools_3_22_02_24_eng_arm.zip
C2000 bundle: xdctools_3_22_02_24_eng_c2000.zip
C6000 bundle: xdctools_3_22_02_24_eng_c6000.zip
MSP430 bundle:xdctools_3_22_02_24_eng_msp430.zip

Bundles are available at $TREES/xdcprod/xdcprod-o24/exports

Verified that the product is broken down into zip files.  There were some files missing and this was in an effort to reduce size to the same as the XDCtools that ships for GRACE product.  See attached diff.html file for difference between installer product and zip files. 
Verify/Pass XDCtools 3.22.02.25_eng
