The current code base relies on Eclipse 3.6.x and Helios. It needs to be upgraded to 3.7 and Indigo. There has been lots of API changes, both in OSGi (now supporting Generics) and p2.

Bump version on all bundles and features from 0.1.0 to 0.2.0.
