The editor should not show all resources as top level elements. Instead two elements should be shown. One for the actual aggregation and one for all loaded repositories.

Confirmed fixed. The addition of the Repo Browser node is a definite improvement, makes the UI cleaner and the meaning of all the loaded repos clearer.
