currently, GanttChart will always use the default TimeZone for display. We have a requirement to be able to display all times in the UTC timezone. This was not achievable other than by extending ISettings with a getDefaultTimeZone (similar to getDefaultLocale), and changing GanttComposite and DateHelper in all relevant places to use that method
