Description Ansgar Radermacher CLA 2011-07-07 17:46:08 EDT
Build Identifier: Papyrus 0.8.x

On Linux systems, the profile property dialog has the height of a single line. Thus, it is almost unusable.
Different appearance between Windows/Linux is typically caused by missing layout hints.

Reproducible: Always

Ansgar,

Do you have a screenshot of what exactly is wrong ? (As I can't test myself).

- The "Profile application" widget has a minimum height of 80px
- The "Apply profile" and "Apply registered profile" dialogs are the same as in 0.7
- The Applied Stereotypes widget is the same as 0.7

Height fix

This patchs applies a default height for the "Applied stereotypes" widget in the property view.

Ansgar,

Can you try this patch to see if your problem is fixed ? It applies on oep.properties.uml

I tested the patch. It works, i.e. the vertical height is 140 - as specified in the hint. Thanks.

I would still prefer to grab the complete vertical space available in the pane, but this may be difficult: the selection of a package would require to layout profile and stereotype applications dialogs on the same pane (currently on profile application on top of stereotype application), i.e. each of the two should occupy 50% of the available vertical space.
