In CDO our lists can contain a misture of target EObjects and IDs of target objects. We'd like to override the condition in this equality check:

  if (oldValue == null ? newValue == null : oldValue == newValue || oldValue.equals(newValue))

Please refactor it to a seperate method. Thanks ;-)
