Fix Details:
- Implemented a Reader (JSONReader) that can parse JSON documents and report SAX events.  This parser leverages code generated from an ANTLR grammar that we created (<EclipeLink_Trunk>\\foundation\\org.eclipse.persistence.core\\resource\\org\\eclipse\\persistence\\internal\\oxm\\record\\json\\JSON.g).
