In Papyrus 0.7.x, tooltips that are displayed over an element of the model explorer show validation results related to that element. This function is disabled or broken in Papyrus 0.8.x.

Steps to reproduce:
- open a modle with validation markers (or launch validation to get markers)
- Rest for some seconds on a marked item => nothing is displayed
