RAP-Launcher provides an option to preview the Application URL. RWT-Launcher doesn't provide this option.

I started the implementation of this bug but its implementation depends on bugs 351283 and 351285. Therefore, it doesn't make sense to provide a patch before 351283 and 351285 are resolved.

Application URL preview has been added with commit 357798c0c9631af2bd15f425fdbde6afd49de1a4.
