Currently, the tabs are ordered according to an "After tab" value.

However, this isn't really convenient when you don't know all the tabs that will be displayed.

There should be an additional "priority" field for the tabs in the property view, to add more flexibility to the tabs management.

Done in r4988 (0.8.1)
Merged to the trunk in r4989 (0.9.0)

The tabs now have a Priority value, in addition to the after tab property.
