Description Ansgar Radermacher CLA 2011-07-04 09:00:56 EDT
Diagrams created with Papyrus version 0.7.x did not have the option to show compartment titles. The latter has been introduced in Papyrus 0.8.
When Papyrus 0.8 opens an existing diagram, all compartment titles are displayed. It is not possible to disable the display with the usual show/hide compartments dialog.
This is quite annoying, since the original diagrams did not have compartment titles and the added space might render the these badly readable (e.g. compartment titles displayed on top of port labels, additional scrollbars on the right).

Analysis:
Existing compartments title visibility is evaluated via a "TitleStyle" attribute. This is not directly a boolean but a datatype with a visibility attribute. If it is null, GMF does not change the visibility of contained compartments, these remain visible by default.

The Show/Hide dialog has the default of not creating a check-box, if the title style is null.
