Although the CoreNetProxySelector requires a platform specific fragment for org.eclipse.core.net (org.eclipse.core.net.win32.x86) to work properly, Riena doesn't deliver it in the target platform or the update site.
For Projects using the ProxySelector it would be a lot easier if the fragment were delivered with Riena.
