Build Identifier: Not sure

When running a report in frameset mode under tomcat5 with IE8 as a browser, the report shows nothing. Looking at the javascript errors I see the following:
'birtparameterdialog' is null or not an object
This does not happen when the Ie emulates IE7
I am attaching a PDF with
