The bundle org.apache.batik.pdf contains classes from commons-io, commons-logging and Avalon.

Add a patch tool to remove such classes from a JAR and replace them with dependencies to the real projects.

maven.eclipse.org was decommissioned via bug 405750 and replaced with
repo.eclipse.org.
