Bug 350719 requires Virgo to use Blueprint/Spring DM 2.0 to avoid wrapping the OSGi service reference use count.

The change to Juno will require changes to the console bundles. In Juno the console bundles are part of the Equinox SDK. The name of the console bundles is changed, and the SSH is in separate bundle.

Equinox Config Admin also needs upgrading to fix bug 374637.

Upgraded the Equinox and Eclipse bundle versions to the Juno binaries.
