RWT Launcher does not accept a leading slash in the context path, the RAP launcher requires it.

The commit f01f20fd5b60addfa4ecf1e97ca9bcabadc05c4e includes:
- make Main tab labels equals
- make leading slash required for RAP/RWT launcher
- add characters validation of servlet path in RAR launcher

RWT settings (development mode) has been added with commit 7457392d052a54ca62cb867cbadd071a6a5a831b.

With resolution of bug 351286 both launchers now have unified UIs.
