delete el._tabIndexSaved;

(try delete DOM object, el._tabIndexSaved has value -1)
I replace this line to:
el._tabIndexSaved=null;
and everything is fine:)

Running a report cannot see the same error in web viewer using IE9.

Verified in BIRT 4.4.1 build v20140909-0320.
