Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with Entity artifacts
2. Open window to create new association class
3. Click button 'Browse' to browse super-artifact
See that there are no Artifacts to extend
4. Save association class
5. Open association class in editor and click 'extend' button
See that all Entity artifacts are displayed and can be selected

Added possibility to specify super-artifact of type Entity for Association Class at new Association Class wizard.
