When disconnecting one always has to input "y" even though the default value is supposed to be "y".

osgi> disconnect
Disconnect from console? (y/n; default=y) y

The bug is fixed in Equinox incubator.

Fixed. By completing bug 352195 this will be integrated with Virgo.
