Build Identifier: 20110301-1815

After going through the Update prompts, I get a Detail message listing all the update items.  The message is "No Repository Found".  I was working until this week.

I have screen shots if you want them.  I'll try to attach them to this bug file

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Update (either at IDE boot up or by doing it manually)
2.Items are checked
3.click accept, Finish
Seems to go through most of the motions but then I get the error message.
