Build Identifier: 3.7.0

Please provide a way to generate Mircosoft Word fields with the Eclipse BIRT doc emitter, e.g. "FILENAME \p" or "NUMPAGES".

That would be helpfull for later editing by the user, if the generated report is saved in a different location or if the page count increases.
