We need a site that we can publish our 4.2 I build repo to, similar to /home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.1-I-builds

The build is producing a repo at 
/shared/eclipse/e4/build/e4/downloads/drops/4.0.0/targets/updates/4.2-I-builds

which is supposed to be rsync'd to download.eclipse.org.

I'm not sure why it wasn't showing up there, I did the rsync manually and it is there now.

Kim, can you include this in your rsync to fullmoon please.
