Currently the implementation of ILifeCycle that should be used is determined from the 'lifecycle' system property.
This should be replaced with the RWT application configuration mechanism.

The configuration mechanism was extended to specify the 'life cycle mode' to be used. Currently either LifeCycleMode#THREADED or #THREADLESS can be specified.
