Description
Chris McGee
Confirmed to be broken with I20110526-1708 on Windows XP. I don't understand how to reproduce the problem. What is the "control with the decoration" ? Please provided steps how to reproduce the bug and or a screenshot of problem Thank you Created attachment 199416 [details] Screenshot depicting the behaviour in question. (In reply to comment #2) > Please provided steps how to reproduce the bug and or a screenshot of problem Sorry, we weren't clear at all. It seems the control decoration doesn't realize its "parent" control is invisible and so it continues to draw the decoration. This is probably a JFace problem. I see this problem as well. Are there any workarounds or recommendations? (In reply to comment #4) > I see this problem as well. Are there any workarounds or recommendations? Nevermind a better search criteria brought up this bug which fixed my problem. I just needed to provide the parent for the control to render on. https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=172294 This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. If the bug is still relevant, please remove the "stalebug" whiteboard tag. |
