The RAP project wants to make its RAP-runtime available in the Eclipse Maven Central Repository. Currently, only the RAP-tooling is available in the test maven repository (http://maven.eclipse.org/nexus/content/repositories/testing/).

maven.eclipse.org was decommissioned via bug 405750 and replaced with
repo.eclipse.org.
