Build Identifier: 20110218-0911

The progress bar for "closing workbench/workspace" gets to around 30%, and all activity stops.

I have not yet noticed any loss of data resulting from failure to complete shutdown. For this reason I'm marking it normal, not critical.

I would like to know how/if I can obtain any debug information the next time this occurs. I see reference to stack traces etc. but I don't know how to provoke them. Info please.


Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Doesn't happen on immediate open -> close.

Happens quite regularly after a long editing session.

1) Could you attach a typical stack trace when it is in a "hanged" state?

2) What's the Eclipse version are you using? Is it a 4.1 (see "Version" field)?
