The "Remove from context" shortcut Cntrl+Alt+Shift+Down does not seem to work under Linux.

Oliver Gierke also tested under Mac and reported that is also does not work. I have not tested on Windows.

It's working for me from the package explorer on Java files with Mylyn 3.6. Can you provide steps to reproduce? Also note bug 339808 and bug 315338.

Ups, sorry for this. I had a Linux shortcut assigned (standard in Ubuntu) which consumed the event. After disabling this shortcut in Ubuntu it works fine in Eclipse.

Might be worth changing the default key bindings on Linux to something else.

Also, Alt+Click somewhat collides with Alt+Mouse Drag on Linux which is bound by default to drag the window. So thanks for the new "+" icon. :)

Unfortunately, every default short cut that we have picked has conflicted on some operation system, window manager or with another Eclipse extension.

There is an FAQ entry related to Linux key-bindings: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Mylyn/FAQ#Linux_key_mappings_a_problem.3F . Please feel free to add any hints that would help other users to resolve key-binding conflicts on their systems.
