Description
Eric Jain
Instead deleting the entire workspace, I can also delete just the .metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources directory (and re-import the projects into the workspace). Eric, if possible, please attach your workspace to this bug report so that we can investigate the cause. I'm afraid I already deleted the corrupted directory; would also be hard to scrub it of "proprietary" information. (In reply to comment #3) > I'm afraid I already deleted the corrupted directory; would also be hard to > scrub it of "proprietary" information. I see. Unfortunately, according to the stack trace from comment 0, the problem is caused by "java.io.UTFDataFormatException: malformed input around byte 8210" which means that we would need your workspace (or at least .metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources folder) to investigate further. Closing due to lack of information needed for reproduction. Please reopen if you see this again and attach the problematic workspace for investigation. Bug 361557 contains steps to reproduce the problem. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 361557 *** |
