On the PDT download page, the 3.0 final build is not visible as "released" build, this is very confusing:

Also, in bugzilla a "Version" is missing for 3.0

I will also happy if 3.0 would be added to version option in bugzilla .

After added, I can commit translations into Babel for 3.0 .

I think this issue can be closed instead of opening Bug 363006.

Because now we can find 3.0 All in One version on the URL.
