Update site for Indygo has now one category which group all papyrus features.If user will to customize installation, he must uncheck Group items by Category.When a normal user would like to install only Class diagram support there is a problem with choosing required features.There should be other categories for specific features and main category (backbone) contains only runtime. (Without unsused Tools). At now we do not know witch features are required to install only class diagram.

There is no plan to support such custom installations. There are so many possible combinations that it would almost require one separate feature for each plug-in.
