In the plugin.xml file of plug-in 'org.eclipse.acceleo.ide.ui' an extension of extension point 'org.eclipse.emf.ecore.generated_package' can be found. Here, the genmodel is specified to be located at 'model/AcceleoWizardModel.genmodel', but the model folder and the genmodel are missing from the plug-in.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open plugin.xml
2. Search for 'org.eclipse.emf.ecore.generated_package'
3. Check genmodel attribute

The problem has been fixed on R3_1_maintenance and master.
It will be available in Acceleo 3.1.1, in the mean time it should be noted that this metamodel and its genmodel are only used by Acceleo to store the data from the Acceleo wizards and to use an Acceleo generator to generate the Acceleo project and its modules. So it should not affect anyone but thanks for reporting this issue :)
