Looks to me like a corrupted install. Make sure the archive is properly downloaded.
Comment 2 Oleg Besedin CLA 2011-06-24 13:28:52 EDT
As Pascal said, most likely your download got corrupted. Try to download it again and unpack it into a new directory.

Do you have Java 1.5 or later installed?

See:

!MESSAGE Bundle com.ibm.icu_4.4.2.v20110208 [2] was not resolved.
!SUBENTRY 2 com.ibm.icu 2 0 2011-06-24 11:22:33.805
!MESSAGE Missing Constraint: Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment: J2SE-1.5

If you have it installed (try running "java -version"), it might help to point Eclipse to it using "-vm" runtime argument.
Comment 7 fionkong CLA 2011-06-24 19:06:20 EDT
java -version said
java version "1.4.2_04"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2_04-b05)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.2_04-b05, mixed mode)

I checked out from this page, it said I've Version 6 Update 26).....
http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp?jre_version=1.6.0_26&vendor=Sun+Microsystems+Inc.&os=Windows+XP&os_version=5.1

You should find where your Java 6 install is then.

Or reinstall it in case the detection is wrong.

It seems like your system has Java 1.4 set by default. You'll need at least Java 1.5 to run Eclipse 3.7. If on your system Eclipse has trouble picking up proper Java version, please use "-vm" runtime argument to specify Java VM location.
