This is minor I assume. But I opened one of my tasks, realized I don't have an image up, did what's necessary and then failed to get the image show in the task editor. Neither resyncing the task, nor updating the repo config worked. I restarted Eclipse and it showed up.

It's a bit weird as it's not really a repository configuration, nor a task data. But if a restart obviously triggers refreshing the cache (which I question highly anyway - isn't that a lot of unneccessary requests?), than updating the repository configuration should do so, too.

We could have an "update gravatars" in the repo view menu. Or on a gravatar directly via context menu (to just refresh this individual one).

Good idea. It would be nice to provide a refresh affordance as part of bug 345856.
