Steps:
1. Create a folder
2. Clone a repository which contains tags into that folder
3. Try to create a tag
=> boom
4. Try to list tags
=> you'll get an empty array

This is a missing piece from bug 347766.

Works fine when tried again with HEAD at http://git.eclipse.org/c/e4/org.eclipse.orion.server.git/commit/?id=96518e29bff45f1e0091a87390b370c13336498a.
