I added the SSL section to the admin guide, see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Orion/Server_admin_guide#Configuring_to_run_over_SSL

I found an issue though. SSL has to be configured using a property file in $ws/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.runtime/.settings/org.eclipse.orion.server.configurator.prefs

I does not seem to work with the configuration file specified as in http://wiki.eclipse.org/Orion/Server_admin_guide#Server_configuration_file

Bug 350243 opened to track it.
