Build Identifier: 

I am installing an Eclipse plug-in into Eclipse 3.7 on linux64. 
As shown in the screenshot, it prompts me to accept the license, but the
license text widget does not have a scrollbar.  I *can* cause it to scroll by
clicking in that area and using arrow keys, and also by using the mouse scroll
wheel, but there should be a vertical scroll bar as well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Eclipse 3.7
2. Click "Help->Install New Software"
3. Select an update site and choose a new plug-in to install
4. click Next to get to the license agreement...no scrollbars (unless resized)

Works for me on Windows 7.

This is working for me on a Mac. Moving to SWT for investigation. Please don't forget to add the screenshot.

This only seems to occur on Linux for Eclipse 3.7.

This is for really old SWT version. Please reopen if you still face the issue with supported version.
