Went to remove a plugin I had installed (didn't matter which plugin in my testing) and when hitting the "Uninstall..." feature from "Installed Software", I get the following exception in the Uninstall Details dialog when clicking on an item in the "items to be uninstalled" list:

An error has occurred. See error log for more details.
org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.ui.model.InstalledIUElement cannot be cast to org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.ui.model.AvailableIUElement

It prevents you from clicking on the "Next..." button at the bottom and it also prevents you from seeing Details about the plugin.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Help --> Install New Software... --> "already installed" -->  Eclipse Installation Details --> Installed Software
2.Select a plugin to uninstall, click "Uninstall..."
3.Click on the plugin in the "items to be uninstalled" list, exception occurs.
