Once we've got the Helgrind tests running in Tycho and not producing any failures, let's backport them to stable-0.8 for inclusion in 0.8.1.

As of add08cf9323d20104ddca293826e48eefe231816 (on stable-0.8), everything for the Helgrind tests has been back-ported.  I ran a local build and everything passed, including the Helgrind tests.  Let's open specific issues for other issues.
