There are 6 failing tests for PDE/Build.  All are caused by the removal of the carbon.macosx platform from the build.

The tests need to be updated to use cocoa instead.

I was getting confused by why everything was working for me and all the referred to cocoa.  I only just noticed now that you've already fixed things :)
