I'm not sure what that line is. From left to right in the image, you see Eclipse 3.x, 4.x, and 4.x with the 'Classic' theme selected.

This is a progress bar that's only visible in focused mode. You can make it show on 3.x when you select the eyeball button. Not sure why it's not being hidden on 4.x.

There seems to be an inverse problem now. Now I can't see the progress bar by default but clicking on the 'Focus on Workweek' item doesn't make it appear.

I'll take a look at the code in two weeks and check with the latest e4 build if the view is doing something funky.
