To me it seems that the web UI of the forum and the content that can be reached via NNTP are out of sync.
Several days ago, I answered a post [1] using a newsreader but the message still cannot be seen from within the web UI.
On the other hand, the RAP forum overview page shows several posts with "(no subject)" from June 14th 2011 that cannot be seen in the newsreader.

To be sure that my newsreader (Thunderbird 3.1.10) isn't the source of the problem, I unsubscribed and then re-subscribed from the newsgroup.
