The refactoring (move, rename) code in EDT is currently the same as in RBD.  Append any refactoring problems/suggested enhancements to this bug so that they can be fixed/implemented in EDT.

The following doesn't work:

Create program "Prog1" in package "a.b.C". Rename the package to "a.b.c" - the source files in the package don't update their package declarations.

Enhancement:
1. rename package need also rename package in egl files which under the package.
2. rename a project need also rename the reference from other related projects.
